You pay once, in US dollars, at checkout. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or hidden fees.
Payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: major credit and debit cards and any express wallets listed on the payment step. The list at checkout is the accurate one. We do not accept cash, checks, or cash on delivery.
When your card is charged
Your card is charged when you place the order. Some banks show a temporary authorization hold first; it clears when the charge settles.
What shows on your statement
Charges appear under the name STYLESOLEN. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support@stylesolen.us with the amount and date before disputing it with your bank. We can find the order and fix problems faster than a chargeback can.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay. Our company is based in South Carolina, so South Carolina orders are taxed. Other states are taxed only where the law requires it.
Security
Checkout runs on Shopify over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card number.
Pricing errors
If a price on the site is wrong because of a typo or a system error, we will email you before shipping and offer the correct price or a full refund. We do not ship at a price we know to be wrong.
Discount codes
One code per order, entered at checkout. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Currency
All prices are in US dollars. If your bank account is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fees.
