Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return a tee. It must be unworn and unwashed. Returns go to our address in Blythewood, SC. There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email support@stylesolen.us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and which item you are returning.
We reply within 1 business day with a return number and the return address.
Pack the tee, write the return number on a note inside, and ship it. Use a tracked service so you can prove delivery.
We inspect the tee and send your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving it.

Please do not send a return without a return number. Unmarked packages are hard to match to an order and can delay your refund.

For a defect or a wrong item, email a photo within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it fast. In most cases we reprint the tee and do not ask you to send the first one back.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges, because every tee is printed to order. Return the tee for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. If you tell us in your first email, we can flag the new order so it prints as soon as it is placed.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method only.
We send the refund within 5 to 7 business days after the return arrives in Blythewood.
Your bank or card issuer may take 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Canceling an order

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 12 hours the order is in the print queue and cannot be canceled. You can still return it after delivery under this policy.
