Shipping policy

Plan on 5 to 13 business days from order to door. Shipping costs $4.95, or nothing on orders of $60 or more. We ship to US addresses only.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. Example: an order placed on Monday, September 14, 2026 usually prints by Monday, September 21 and arrives between Thursday, September 24 and Thursday, October 1.

The rate shows at checkout before you pay. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Where we ship

All 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or to addresses outside the United States. If checkout does not accept your address, we cannot deliver there.

Where your order ships from

Your tee is printed to order at our print partner's facility nearest to you, usually inside the United States. It does not ship from our mailing address in Blythewood, SC. Because the tee is printed after you order, production time and shipping time are listed separately above.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the package leaves the print facility. The carrier is USPS or UPS, chosen by the facility. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to show its first scan.

Customs and duties

None. Orders travel within the United States, and nothing is due on delivery.

If your order is late

Check the tracking link in your email.
If the package has not moved for 5 business days, email support@stylesolen.us with your order number.
We open a trace with the carrier and either reprint your order or refund it, your choice.

If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of the order date, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Marked delivered but not there: check with neighbors and your building, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We work with the carrier and reprint or refund.
Damaged in transit: email a photo of the package and the tee within 7 days of delivery. We reprint or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address

You can correct an address within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing support@stylesolen.us. After that the order is in production and the address cannot be changed. Packages returned to the facility as undeliverable are refunded minus the $4.95 shipping charge if one was paid.
