Terms of service

These terms apply when you use stylesolen.us or buy from it. The site is operated by TAMISHA DENEECE GLOVER FUNY LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("Stylesolen", "we", "us"). Effective date: September 5, 2026.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order, and you must give a real name, a valid US shipping address, and accurate payment details.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We can decline or cancel an order for reasons including a suspected fraudulent payment, a pricing error, an address we cannot ship to, or a product our print partner can no longer make. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

3. Prices and errors

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If an item is listed at a wrong price, we will contact you with the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

4. Product previews and colors

Product images are previews rendered from the print file by our print partner, not photographs of a finished tee. The art is printed on a solid white panel that disappears on White and shows as a faint rectangle on the light colors we print on. Colors on your screen can differ from the printed tee. Measurements are on the size guide with about 1 inch of tolerance.

5. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping times, costs, and regions are on the shipping policy. Returns and refunds follow the returns and refunds policy. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. Both pages are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The designs, text, and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without written consent. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the right to reproduce its artwork.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a photo or a review, you give us permission to show it on the site and in our marketing, with your first name and state if you agree. We do not pay for reviews, we do not post reviews we did not receive from a real customer, and we do not remove honest negative reviews. This follows the FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it, or to place orders with someone else's payment details.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided as described. To the extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties beyond what is written on the product page and in these policies. Nothing here limits rights you have under South Carolina law or the laws of your state.

10. Limit on liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for anything the law says cannot be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. If we have a dispute, email support@stylesolen.us first and give us 30 days to resolve it. If that fails, you may bring a claim in the courts of your home state, including small claims court. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
